Brief
Bournemouth Water came to Axis House to provide a complete re-fit of their 20,000 square foot operational building in Bournemouth.
Solution
Strong project management was necessary to deliver the complete project within a tight 13 week deadline. The work involved all trades including strip out, demolition, mechanical and electrical, floors, walls, ceilings, wash rooms and tea points and the final fit-out with all the furniture.
Mission critical was maintaining the server room with it’s links to company HQ in Asia, while stripping out and working on the rest of the building. The Re-Fit Project finished on time, within budget and a hugely satisfied client.
