Brief
Axis House were tasked to provide a complete turnkey package for Bellway Homes for their 2900 sq ft London Partnerships office in Stratford, Starting with a shell & core, to deliver a sleek professional space, ready for occupation in just 8 weeks.
Solution
Following extensive consultation, the space was decorated in muted textures of black, white and grey with vibrant yellow and glass accents throughout, echoing the luxury and quality of a Bellway development.
The canteen featured grey gloss units, a glass dining table and soft suede dining chairs, synonymous with high-end residential interiors.
Carpet tiles laid in a herringbone pattern provided a subtle design detail and sense of movement through the space, while LED lighting and PIR sensors provided both cost and energy savings.
A locker storage wall created a highly practical design feature for flexible working whilst folding glass wall panels in the boardroom were added to create a fully flexible meeting space for the team.
Meticulous space planning and thoughtful fitout solutions ensured the space was not only perfectly aligned to the Bellway brand but also allows for future expansion without the need for costly office moves.
