- We may also collect non-personal information, such as browser type and device details, for analytics purposes.
- We use your information to improve our services, personalise your experience, and communicate with you.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
- Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
- We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure.
- Please be advised, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under GDPR regulation, you have several rights in respect to the data we hold about you and how it is processed. These are summarised below:
Users have the right to request access to their personal data that we process. We will provide relevant information promptly upon request.
Our team makes every effort to ensure the data we hold about you is accurate. However, if any personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can (and are encouraged to) request corrections. We will update the data accordingly.
Users can ask us to delete their personal data under certain circumstances (e.g., data no longer necessary, withdrawal of consent). Certain legal obligations may prevent immediate erasure.
Users can limit how we process their data (e.g., during verification of accuracy or while addressing objections).
Users can receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used format and transmit it to another controller.
Users can object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. We will assess each objection individually.
Users have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effects. Please note however that AXIS House has no requirement for this and type of processing and therefore do not engage in such practices.
For any requests related to these rights, please get in touch with our data protection officer.
We conduct biannual reviews of our GDPR practices and processes. This Privacy Statement may therefore change to keep in line with legislation or to refine our approach to this matter. We will not explicitly inform Clients or website users of these changes. Instead we recommend that you check this policy occasionally to keep up-to-date.
